All of our head doormen have at least 4 years of experience in the industry. This not only gives each door team a wealth of knowledge to execute their job successfully but also gives you peace of mind.

All ICU security door supervisors are SIA registered and must undergo an in-depth interview to ensure that all are experienced and versatile so that they can work a wide range of venues.

Our door staff are trained in first aid and have all taken further courses in conflict management to keep them at the forefront of our industry. We are proud to say we were the first company in Lancashire to put our head door supervisors through a BTEC level 3 in security management.

All of our door supervisors are Maybo trained in physical intervention.
